Guest Speaker

This year our guest speaker is Tannera Garvin, Director of International Operations at Andrew Wommack Ministries in Woodland Park, CO. Tannera served as a missionary for five years in Mexico and Romania, and has done mission work in Uganda, Cuba, Hungary, and Germany. On the field, in between serving youth and teaching English, Tannera completed her first year of Charis through the online program. She finished Charis in Colorado and graduated third year Media School in 2013 with a revolutionized relationship with the Lord. Tannera loves helping people unleash their potential, so if you are ready for more you will love her!

Venue

We have a WONDERFUL venue for our retreat!  This retreat will take place at the beautiful and tranquil Kulaqua Retreat and Conference Centre. Kulaqua is about 2 hours away in the town of High Springs. Watch this 2 minute video to see our accommodations!  (Video does have music – enjoy)

The lodge we will be staying in offers two queen beds, and two murphy bunk beds per room (all the beds are hotel quality and style). The rooms all have their own bathrooms, mini-fridge, and microwave. All linens are included. The lodge also has an elevator to the second floor. The meeting room we will be utilizing for our event is in the same lodge. Breakfast and lunch will be served in our lodge; dinner will be in the dining hall. (10 min walk or 3 min drive)

Important Details

AGE LIMIT: All ladies ages 16 and older are invited to join us for this retreat. EXTRA MONEY: If you want to give a gift to our guest speaker, buy Chinese Auction tickets, or shop at the fabulous camp store at Camp Kulaqua, bring some extra money. TRANSPORT: You can drive yourself OR join a car pool to the venue. OPTIONS: When you register you have the option of paying in full or setting up a payment plan. (There is no One Day option this year as the venue is 2 hours from “home”)
